That’s me. Or, at least, that’s my plan.

(I spy Gladys anyone?)

It totally weirds me out that I’m okay with winter’s approach. But it’s nice.

I know our fall schedule has added some to this feeling. In case you missed it, we’re home from Cali-almost all flights were early, nothing went wrong; it was quite the gift.

Since then we’ve had a fabulous thanksgiving. Wonderful food, family, visits, walks, games, singing, Gladys making several escape attempts from the garage diving through various people, etc.

And since then, we’ve had some swell evenings at home. Evenings where we play games, sit in our nice hot tub, eat good food, read books by our fire.

And its just really been lovely.

I like my home.

Cheers to you and yours.

About A Story of Us

My grandparents 57th wedding anniversary and my first wedding anniversary motivated to journal the adventures life brought our way . I hope to amuse the friends and family I have all over the country and, when I am my grandmothers age, look back at what I have written and chuckle. It's been four years since I began and the snickers I bring myself as I look back propel me to write on. Cheers to the future and happy memories of the past.
